How the process works

1. First message. You message Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayhan Işık Erdal directly on WhatsApp (+90 544 850 72 32). If you wish, include five photographs: frontal, both lateral (90°) and both oblique (45°) views.
2. Personal assessment. Dr. Erdal reviews your photographs personally and replies with an initial assessment — which operation may suit your anatomy, implant options, an approximate cost, and answers to your questions. There is no commitment; this is information for your decision.
3. Consultation. If you want to continue, a video consultation with Dr. Erdal covers the surgical plan, implant specification options, risks and recovery, followed by a written treatment plan and time to consider it. In Istanbul, the in-clinic consultation — physical examination, final plan confirmation and informed consent — takes place the day after arrival. Suitability is always confirmed by personal consultation and examination, and deciding against surgery is a legitimate outcome of a consultation.
4. Surgery and early recovery in Istanbul. Surgery takes place in a JCI-accredited hospital, followed by recovery at your hotel with follow-up clinic visits before you fly home. The patient journey sets out each stage and its typical timing.
5. Follow-up. After you return home, follow-up continues through direct WhatsApp contact with Dr. Erdal and scheduled photo check-ins during the 12-month follow-up program.
