Yes — video consultations are standard for international patients. After initial photo assessment via WhatsApp, a video consultation (typically 30-45 minutes) with Dr. Erdal can be scheduled covering: detailed surgical plan, implant specifications, expected outcomes, risks and recovery, and your specific questions. Conducted in English.
What languages can I communicate in?
English is standard for all written and video communication. Turkish is the surgeon's native language. French, German, and Dutch support is available for written communication where helpful — let us know your preferred language in the contact form or WhatsApp message.
